These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the application and related services operated by Adder Analytics Limited (“Adder”, “we”, “us”) (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or to any data that is not yours.

You retain ownership of the data you upload to or connect with the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process that data only as needed to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (including Plaid). Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Outputs generated by the Service, including any AI-assisted features, are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being relied upon.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
